In most cases you will want to make sure you book your flights into the Cancun (CUN) Mexico airport.
Booking a flight into the Tulum (TQO) airport may be an option for some. Please keep in mind that this airport does not offer international flights from anywhere other than the United States or Canada and the cost for transfers to/from the resort may be higher in cost than those from the Cancun airport.

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit: U.S. Department of State website.
If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. The U.S. State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity on their passport after their return trip date.

Travel Insurance is always encouraged (but completely optional) to protect your investment. Life is unpredictable; plans can change.
The cost of insurance is based on your age, your state of residency and the total cost of your trip. Due to this, travel insurance prices will be quoted for each individual guest.
Without insurance, you may not receive a refund should your plans change.
Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events.
Your US health insurance will likely not work outside of the United States.

The couple has pre-reserve rooms for your group under a special contract. This contract allows them to offer exclusive benefits to their guests.

All guests will need to complete the reservation form below.
Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person).
1. Gather Your Info: We will need the full passport name & DOB for everyone in your room
Still waiting for your passport? That’s OK! Just use the name you used on your application.
2. Completely Fill Out The Form Below
3. Submit! Once we receive your form, we will review & send an invoice that you must review & approve before the reservation can be confirmed. Keep an eye out for an email from Jennie DeJesus (sometimes they go to the spam folder).
Deposits and Payments:
Initial deposits (minimum $150 per adult) Due by : August 1, 2025
Second Payment (40% of Balance) Due by : November 15, 2025
Third Payment (Additional 40% of Balance) Due by: December 23, 2025
Final payments Due by : January 22, 2026
