  • Room Block only Destination Wedding Planning

    Here we handle the preparation and management of travel logistics for both you and your guests. Including negotiation of room block contracts, perks, and amenities with the chosen resort, and transfers. Our service also includes a premium personalized wedding website set up for you, as well as a booking site for guests to book their reservation directly. (Honeymoon Planning is included at no extra cost)

  • Destination Wedding Planning

    We’ll work closely with you and the resort/venue coordinator to create a fully customized event of your dreams. This package includes the preparation and management of the couple and all guest travel logistics, personalized planning services and contract negotiation with resorts including ceremony, welcome party, room blocks, perks, amenities, transfers and more. (project management tools, a premium personalized wedding website, guest booking site and honeymoon planning are included) Full service wedding planning and on-site coordination services are available in addition to this service.

  • Day of Only On-site Coordination

    Ensure your day runs smoothly with our expert day-of coordination services in addition to our destination wedding planning package. This package includes 3-hours of coordination (generally used for rehearsal) the day before, and day-of management of timelines, coordination with vendors, handling of any unexpected issues and more, allowing you and your loved ones to fully enjoy the celebration. This service is based on a flat rate, no surprise travel fees necessary!

  • Full Service Event Planning

    Experience the wedding/event of your dreams with our comprehensive full-service planning package, designed to guide you through every detail, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable celebration. This package includes full service event planning and up to 5 days of on-site coordination services, covering everything from timelines, comprehensive budgeting and project management, organization of a welcome party and/or rehearsal, vendor referral & management, ceremony and reception styling and design, travel planning, all guest travel booking/management and more.

    Once you book your complimentary consultation we will start diving into the details of what you envision for your event and discuss how we can collaborate together to make it happen.

    Research Begins

    Here we will conduct research for suitable destinations and/or venues based on your preferences, budget, and date and availability alignment. We’ll narrow it down to 3-5 choices that check as many boxes as possible on your wish list.

    Contract Negotiation

    Once we have decided on the perfect match I will begin confirming availability and start negotiating room block contracts (and ceremony contracts if applicable) complete with perks, amenities and concessions (yes, you can even earn money back from the resort!).

    Wedding Planning

    If you choose our full service planning package here we will help you start planning and managing the ceremony and timelines, budgeting, reception styling, floral design and selection/management of all vendors.

    Now that we’ve secured the perfect place and all the contracts are in place I will begin setting up all the tools necessary to easily manage all of your guest bookings and transfers!
