I’ll partner with you and your resort/venue team to plan a celebration that feels effortless — handling guest travel logistics, room blocks, contracts, ceremony details, welcome events, transfers, and more. You’ll also get a premium wedding website and honeymoon planning support.

On-site Coordination
Ensure your day runs smoothly with our expert on-site coordination services in addition to our destination wedding coordination package. This package includes 3-hours of on-site coordination (generally used for rehearsal) the day before, and day-of wedding management of timelines, coordination with vendors, handling of any unexpected issues and more, allowing you and your loved ones to fully enjoy the celebration. This service is based on a flat rate, no surprise travel fees necessary!

Experience the wedding/event of your dreams with our comprehensive full-service planning package, designed to guide you through every detail, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable celebration from start to finish. This package includes full service event planning and up to 5 days of on-site coordination services, covering everything from timelines, budgeting, vendor referral & contract management, styling and design assistance, travel planning, guest management and more.
